Rents are set by a federal affordable-housing program rather than by the market, so they stay within reach of hourly wages. There is a maximum household income based on household size — and most hourly workforces sit comfortably inside those limits.
What it costs your company
Nothing. There is no contract, no sponsorship, no master lease and no liability on your side. Employees apply as individuals and sign their own leases. Your only role is telling your people that the option exists.

Some apartments have lower income limits. The office will confirm which apartments you qualify for. This is combined household income: in a two-earner household, both incomes are counted together. Limits are updated each year.
